Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers
Everything you need to know about how our junk removal service works, how we quote, and what happens to your items after pickup.
1. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is determined by the volume your items occupy in our 16-foot box truck bed (from 1/8 truckload minimum up to a full load). Dense heavy materials like concrete or tile are priced by weight and bed depth. Every quote is all-inclusive: labor, two crew members, travel, transfer station disposal, and donation drop-offs.
Yes, 100% free! You can text us photos for a quick estimate, or our truck can come to your location for an on-site look. If the on-site price doesn't work for you, you can simply say no with zero charge and zero hard feelings.
Payment is due only after all items are loaded and the area has been broom-swept. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, cash, and company checks. We provide instant digital receipts for your records.
2. Scheduling & Appointments
Yes! We reserve emergency and rapid-response slots on our schedule each morning. Call before 12:00 PM and we can usually arrive the same afternoon. Next-day bookings are always readily available.
We offer convenient 2-hour arrival windows (e.g. 8-10 AM, 10-12 PM, 1-3 PM). Furthermore, our driver will send you a text or phone call 20–30 minutes before pulling onto your street so you never have to wait around guessing.
Not necessarily. If your items are outside (in the driveway, side yard, or porch) or if you provide a garage code, we can complete the pickup while you're at work. We will send you before/after photos and invoice you digitally via secure card payment.
3. What We Take (and Prohibited Items)
Almost anything non-hazardous! We haul couches, mattresses, refrigerators, stoves, electronics, computers, construction drywall, lumber, tree branches, dirt, exercise equipment, hot tubs, pianos, play sets, and general attic/basement junk.
Under state and federal transport laws, we cannot haul hazardous waste: wet liquid paint (dried latex paint is fine), oil, gasoline, car batteries, biohazard/medical waste, asbestos, pressurized propane tanks, or explosives/ammunition. Contact your local county health department for hazardous drop-off sites.
We do not just dump everything. We inspect items for donation suitability to local shelters, churches, and Habitat ReStore. Items that cannot be donated are routed to scrap metal, wood chipping, or electronics recycling facilities. Landfill disposal is our last resort.
