1. Scope of Services

Amazing Junk Removal LLC ("Company") provides non-hazardous hauling, furniture removal, property cleanouts, and light demolition (sheds, hot tubs, small decks) for residential and commercial customers. All services are subject to customer authorization and agreement to these Terms.

2. Quotes vs. Final Guaranteed Pricing

Any price estimates provided via our website, telephone, email, or photo messaging are non-binding approximations based on the details provided.

On-Site Guaranteed Quote: Upon arrival, our crew lead visually inspects the volume, weight, and accessibility of the items. We present a firm, all-inclusive price before touching any item. No work begins until you approve this quote. Once approved, that price is binding and will not increase unless you subsequently request additional items to be hauled.

3. Prohibited Items & Hazardous Materials

Under New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJ DEP) and federal DOT regulations, the Company is strictly prohibited from hauling hazardous waste. You agree not to request the removal of:

• Wet liquid paint, stains, varnishes, or thinners (dried latex paint is acceptable).
• Motor oil, gasoline, diesel, antifreeze, or hydraulic fluids.
• Industrial chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, or toxic solvents.
• Asbestos or items containing friable asbestos fibers.
• Pressurized gas cylinders (propane tanks, oxygen tanks, helium canisters).
• Medical, biological, or infectious waste and used hypodermic needles.
• Ammunition, firearms, explosives, or fireworks.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amazing Junk Removal LLC for any regulatory fines, cleanup expenses, or third-party liabilities arising from undisclosed hazardous substances placed into our trucks.

4. Customer Representation of Ownership

You warrant and represent that you are the lawful owner, authorized tenant, or designated legal representative (e.g., estate executor or property manager) of all property designated for removal, and have full authority to order its disposal or donation. Once items are loaded onto our truck, title transfers to the Company, and items cannot be retrieved.

5. Property Access & Safe Working Conditions

The customer is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the items designated for removal (including unlocking gates, securing domestic pets, and maintaining clear stairwells). Our crew reserves the right to decline or halt a job if structural integrity is compromised or if hazardous biohazards present an imminent safety risk.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand schedules change! You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time without penalty by calling or texting us at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled arrival window. Same-day cancellations made after our truck is already dispatched may incur a nominal $45 trip fee.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the haul, prior to our truck departing your premises. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, cash, or verified commercial checks. Past-due commercial accounts incur interest at 1.5% per month.

8. Limitation of Liability

Amazing Junk Removal LLC carries $2,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance and full statutory worker's compensation. Our crew exercises professional care when navigating items through doorways and staircases. However, Company shall not be liable for:

• Preexisting structural wear, rot, drywall settling, or carpet stains underlying heavy furniture.
• Incidental minor scuffs unavoidable when moving oversized items through tight hallways where customer insisted on removal without disassembly.
• Loss of items mistakenly pointed out for disposal by the customer or customer's agents.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal dispute arising under this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state courts of Passaic County, New Jersey.
